# Put your schedule on Google Calendar

> Connect your Google account once and your Sable appointments and time blocks stay on your personal calendar automatically.

Connect your Google account once, and every appointment and time block on your
Sable schedule appears in a dedicated **Sable** calendar in Google Calendar,
alongside the rest of your life. Book, reschedule, or cancel in Sable and the
Google copy follows within moments.

Sable never reads your personal events. The connection only lets Sable manage
its own calendar in your account, so your private appointments stay private.

## Connect

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** on the web (on iPhone or iPad, open
**Settings → Integrations** to get there).
2. Open **Google Calendar** and choose **Connect Google Calendar**.
3. Sign in with Google and approve the request.

You land back in Sable with the connection live. A calendar named **Sable**
appears in your Google Calendar's list, already filled with your upcoming
schedule, and it stays current from then on.

## What syncs

* **Appointments** show the client and services in the title, with details,
contact info, and your notes inside the event, plus a link back to the day
  in Sable.
* **Time blocks** (lunch, training, vacation) appear under their label.
Multi-day blocks show as all-day events across the span.
* Booking **requests** appear once you approve them.
* Cancelled and declined appointments disappear from Google automatically.
* Past events stay put, so your calendar history stays intact.

The Sable calendar is Sable's to manage: edits made to those events inside
Google Calendar are put back the way Sable has them on the next sync. Make
schedule changes in Sable, where your client records, reminders, and payments
live.

## Team view

Owners and admins see a **Team** list inside the Google Calendar card showing
who is connected and whose connection needs attention, which makes it easy to
nudge everyone onto it.

## If it stops syncing

If Google ever revokes the connection (for example after a password change),
the card shows **Needs attention**. Open it and choose **Reconnect**, and use
**Sync now** any time you want an immediate refresh.

## Disconnect

Open the Google Calendar card and choose **Disconnect**. You decide whether
the Sable calendar stays in your Google account (it just stops updating) or is
removed along with all its events.
