# Pricing and fees

> Every price and fee a Sable business can pay, in one place.

## Plans

| Plan | Price |
| - | - |
| **Stylist** | \$75 a month |
| **Salon** | \$250 a month |

Every new business starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
Texting, Jules, the Sable app and every person who takes bookings are included
in the plan. [sable.salon/pricing](https://sable.salon/pricing) compares the two
plans side by side.

## Card payments

| What | Fee |
| - | - |
| **Every card payment** | 3.5% + \$0.30, in person, online, on invoices and deposits |
| **Refunds** | The processing fee on a refunded payment is not returned |
| **Disputes** | The bank's \$15 dispute fee, returned if you win |

You can add a [processing fee or an additional service fee](https://docs.sable.salon/guides/payments/processing-and-service-fees.md)
that your clients pay. You keep both in full.

## Payouts

| What | Fee |

| **Standard payout** | Free |
| **Instant payout** | 1.5% of the amount, \$0.50 minimum |

## Booth rent

When a booth renter pays rent through Sable:

| Paid by | Renter pays | Salon receives |
| - | - | - |
| **Bank** | The rent | The rent, less 1.5% (at most \$10) |
| **Card** | The rent + 3.5% + \$0.30 | The full rent |

## Form storage

The Stylist plan includes 10 GB and the Salon plan 50 GB, shared by the whole
team. [Extra storage](https://docs.sable.salon/guides/clients/form-storage.md) is $5 a month for each
20 GB, up to $100 a month.

## Card readers

| **M2 Tap Reader** | \$65 |
| **S700 Smart Reader** | \$329 |
| **T600 Smart Reader** | \$362 |
