Your booking link
Every Sable workspace gets its own booking address ending in.sable.salon/book, based on your salon’s name. Yours is shown at the top
of Settings → Booking Page. That’s the link you’ll share in your
Instagram bio, on Google, and in every “how do I book?” reply for the rest
of time.
Get the page ready
1
Check what's bookable
The page shows your Public services. Open Services and confirm
that everything a client should be able to book is set to Public, and
that in-person-only work isn’t.
2
Style it
In Settings → Booking Page, set your logo, salon name, and
description, then pick your accent color, page background, and heading
font. The four font personalities (Cozy, Smart, Editorial, Glam) each
change the feel of the whole page, so try them against the live preview
before settling.
3
Set your booking policies
The payments section of the Booking Page settings is where you
protect your time:
- Require a card to book: the client saves a card to finish booking. The gentlest protection, and the foundation for the other two.
- Deposit: collect part of the price (a fixed amount, a percentage, or full payment) when the client books.
- No-show fee: a fixed amount or percentage of the service you can charge when someone simply doesn’t show.
4
Preview like a client, then save
Flip the live preview to Mobile, because that’s how nearly every
client will see it. Read your description once out loud. Then
Save changes.
5
Book yourself, for real
Open your booking link on your own phone, in a private browsing window,
and book an appointment start to finish. You’re checking three things:
the services on offer are right, the times match your actual
availability, and the confirmation feels like you.
Share the link
- Instagram bio first. It’s where clients actually look.
- Google Business Profile, as your booking link.
- Your text auto-replies and voicemail.
