Marketing in the sidebar is the growth side of Sable: one workspace for campaigns, automated follow-ups, membership plans, a loyalty program, reviews, and surveys. None of it requires a marketing degree; all of it runs on the client data you already have.

Campaigns

A campaign is one message to a chosen audience by email or text: the spring color promo, the “we have openings this week” nudge.
  1. Name it and pick the channel. Email campaigns need a subject line, and AI copy can draft the message for you to edit.
  2. Choose the audience. Filter by things like last visit date, lapsed clients, or minimum spend, then preview audience to see exactly who qualifies before anything sends.
  3. Create draft, then Send when you’re sure. Campaigns respect opt-ins: text campaigns go only to clients who checked the marketing box, as covered in SMS consent and conversations.
Afterward, the campaign’s delivery stats live right where you sent it.

Drips

Drips are sequences that run themselves off a trigger: a post-visit nurture that checks in after the appointment, a win-back that fires when someone lapses. Build a sequence from email and SMS steps, activate it, and pause it any time; enrolled clients resume when you do.

Memberships

Memberships turn your best clients into predictable monthly revenue: the Color Club, the monthly gloss plan, whatever fits your book.
  • Create plan: name, monthly or annual price, and the benefits it carries (discounts or included perks).
  • Clients are billed automatically on a recurring basis; you watch Active Memberships, membership MRR, and churn from the same screen.
  • Deactivate a plan to stop new signups; active subscriptions keep their current terms, so nobody gets rug-pulled.
Membership billing runs through your connected payments account, so payments must be set up first.

Loyalty

Enable loyalty program and set two numbers: points earned per dollar spent, and what a point is worth. From there it accrues on its own, and you can adjust a balance manually when you owe someone points from before Sable, with the reason kept on record.

Reviews

Connect your Google Business Profile and your reviews sync into Sable: average rating, response rate, and each review ready to answer. Respond from here and the reply posts to Google. The review request message feeds this loop by asking happy clients at the right moment.

Surveys

Post-visit surveys collect a score and comments, so you hear about a mediocre visit from the survey instead of from a public one-star. Watch the survey score trend, and read the written comments; that’s where the fixable stuff hides.

A sane starting stack

Turn everything on at once and you’ll be noisy. A proven sequence:
  1. Reviews first: connect Google and turn on review requests.
  2. One drip: post-visit nurture.
  3. Campaigns when you have a reason: openings, seasons, launches.
  4. Memberships and loyalty once your regulars are asking to be regulars.
